Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our team. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about our products or services, generate sales leads, and schedule appointments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential and existing customers via telephone to promote our products or services
- Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade customers to purchase our offerings
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational objectives
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tele Caller or similar customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications such as MS Office
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or marketing is a plus
- Fluency in [languages spoken in your target market] is preferred
