Sales Executive Freelance Full Time Internship Part Time Temporary

Work Days- Tuesday- Sunday

Timings- 10:30am-09:30pm

1. Customer Engagement and Sales:

-Greet customers warmly as they enter the store and engage them in
conversation to understand their needs and preferences.

-Guide customers through the sales process, including product
demonstrations, sizing, and customization options, to ensure a seamless
shopping experience.

-Close sales transactions effectively, meet or exceed sales targets, and
upsell complementary products or services when appropriate.

2. Product Knowledge and Merchandising:

-Stay informed about current jewelry trends, styles, and industry
developments to effectively advise customers and enhance sales
opportunities.

-Maintain a thorough understanding of the store’s inventory, including new
arrivals, promotions, and special collections.

3. Customer Service Excellence:

-Foster long-term customer relationships by providing attentive service,
addressing inquiries or concerns, and following up on customer feedback.

-Handle customer complaints or returns professionally, resolving issues
promptly and to the customer’s satisfaction.

4. Operational Support:

-Assist with inventory management tasks, such as restocking merchandise,
conducting inventory counts, and maintaining accurate records of stock
levels.

-Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems,
including cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
